Your next revenue win is probably already inside your funnel.
I’m Damon. I run ecommerce P&Ls — $10.5M today — and I get paid to go find it. Conversion, retention, paid media, and the AI-search channel almost nobody is staffing yet.

The bet I’m making
Your next best channel is already in your analytics, mislabeled as noise.
In 2024 I noticed a spike in referral traffic from AI chat assistants. For a moment it was the third-largest source on the site — and it had the highest revenue-per-session of anything we ran. Most teams would have called it an anomaly and moved on.
I treated it as a channel. Clarified product use cases on PDPs, expanded specs and FAQs, fixed structured data so machines could actually read the catalog. It’s now a consistent top-5 traffic source that beats social on revenue, at roughly double the revenue-per-session of the next-best channel.
Opinion, freely offered: AEO is where technical SEO was in 2011. The teams staffing it now will spend the next five years compounding an advantage.

The outdoor gear brand that found a channel nobody was watching
A spike in AI-chat referrals looked like noise. It had the highest revenue-per-session on the site.

Seven-figure paint retailer, rebuilt on Shopify Plus
Magento 2 was the excuse everyone hid behind. I moved the catalog and put lifecycle marketing behind it.

Wellness brand with a great catalog nobody could find
Strong product, almost no discoverability. Rebuilt product content, then rebuilt the paid account around it.

How I work
No discovery theatre. Four weeks in, you should have a ranked list of revenue opportunities and the first two already shipped.
01 / audit
Find the leak
Funnel, catalog, tracking, lifecycle. Usually the answer is unglamorous and sitting in GA4 already.
02 / rank
Size it in dollars
Every opportunity gets a revenue estimate and an effort cost. Ties get broken by whichever compounds.
03 / ship
Do the work myself
Shopify, Klaviyo, GA4, Merchant Center, ad accounts, schema. I’m hands-on-keyboard, not just on the deck.
04 / prove
Report the number
Automated reporting so the wins and the misses are both visible. Then kill what didn’t work.
